This boat is a Fisher’s Island Model (or an ‘improved model’ in HMC record). Her builder’s plate is starboard of the mast on the main beam – it must nave been moved there by one of the boat’s owners. The current owners bought her from Stu Hample in 2003, and keep her on Shelter Island. Stu had it for about 7 or 8 years. He bought it from a Boston woman named Bonnie Robinson, through Bud Thayer's Y-Knot Boat Yard in North Haven, Me, where it had been unused for 4 years under the name "Jedda." He had Thayer completely refit and paint it after it was surveyed by Sam Slaymaker.
